This study unit introduces you to the proposition that our mental models change through learning, and that the main driver of the learning process is communication. In order to facilitate and formalise the learning process, it helps to make these models explicit. In other words, to facilitate your learning experience, you are asked to practise developing diverse models of complex situations in a way that can be clearly communicated to others.
